Financing on land is one of the most difficult loans to find. Further, it even more difficult to compare the terms from lender to lender based on property specifics, down payment, and amortization.

Why not simplify the process?

Whether you're planning your dream home or vacation residence, our Lot Loan gives you flexible financing with future construction in mind. Regardless, if you are want to lock in prices before they rise or looking to build a custom home, the dream starts with the proper parcel.

Thankfully, we are able to offer financing for improved and unimproved parcels. Improved lots are defined as subdivided and with utilities to the property line. Unimproved parcels may require alternative sources for water, electric, and sewer. Either way we offer financing with as little as 20% down payment.
